The ceremony will be under a covered, open air barn. If it gets too cold, we will have heaters. The reception will be held in a climate controlled barn that leads onto a patio that will have fire pits, heaters, and a big fireplace.

For guests staying in our room block at the Hyatt Place Chapel Hill/Southern Village, there will be a shuttle that will run twice to get to the venue, and twice to get back. Departures are at 2:30 pm and 3:00 pm, and pickups are at 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm

There is plenty of parking! There is a big gravel area a very short walk from the pavilion (ceremony) and barn (reception). If you need more assistance, you can be dropped off in front of the barn. For those driving, you can leave your car at the venue and pick it up the next day if needed.

The dress code is cocktail attire - feel free to bring a jacket and dress in layers, as we will be indoors and outdoors.

As of a week before the wedding, it looks like it will be sunny with the high be in the mid 50s, and the low in the 30s, but check your weather apps just to make sure!

Photos are welcome, but please refrain from taking pictures during the actual ceremony - we want the photographers to be able to capture the moment as best as they can!
